Dr. José R. Rosas-Bustos

Dr. José R. Rosas-Bustos is the CEO of EigenQ, where he leads the company’s strategy to build quantum-resilient trust infrastructure for governments, enterprises, technology platforms, and critical systems. He combines more than two decades of cybersecurity and secure-systems experience with doctoral research in quantum communication, quantum information processing, and post-quantum security.

Before becoming CEO, he served as EigenQ’s Chief Technology Officer, helping shape the company’s architecture across post-quantum cybersecurity, quantum-generated randomness, hardware-rooted trust, secure communications, and quantum information processing. His background includes senior cybersecurity roles at Oracle Corporation, patent inventorship in decentralized and quantum-secure systems, and peer-reviewed research in quantum cybersecurity.
