William Berghoff

William (Bill) Berghoff been involved with the business in various capacities since October of 2023. Prior to becoming an Interim CFO to the company Mr. Berghoff was and still serves as the Managing Member of WFB Holdings and Summit Group Holdings which are both Midwest boutique Venture Capital firms.

He has extensive knowledge as it relates to sales, marketing, manufacturing, R&D, cost containment, contract negotiation and bottom line responsibility. Mr. Berghoff has vast financial market knowledge and established relationships. Bill has more than 35 years of experience in developing and managing businesses, as well as being versed in high growth situations.
